• Account Credentials & Profiles: When you register an account on arcade.ng, we store your chosen username and a securely hashed password. We never ask for sensitive government identifiers.
• Game Telemetry & Virtual Economy: We store your game match scores, prestige milestones, unlocked mascot cosmetics, and virtual coin balances (Lagos Coins) locally and across our Cloudflare D1 edge database.
• Leaderboard Data: Only your public gamer nickname, prestige rank, and points are shown on public leaderboards. No personal email addresses, phone numbers, or private user IDs are ever exposed or shared.
• Cookies & Session Storage: We use essential first-party cookies and session storage strictly to authenticate your gamer session, remember your active game tab across browser reloads, and preserve your volume and mascot preferences.

3. Payments & Billing via Bachs

All optional in-game virtual coin and digital cosmetic purchases on arcade.ng are processed through certified payment orchestration partners, including Bachs (bachs.io).

Arcade 9ja does not store or process your credit/debit card numbers, bank PINs, or banking credentials on our servers. When initiating a payment, you interact directly with the PCI-DSS compliant checkout interface of Bachs. Upon payment confirmation, virtual coins are instantly credited via secure webhook.

4. Platform Integrations (LagosLife SDK)

When accessing Arcade 9ja embedded inside the LagosLife platform, authentication and player sessions are managed directly by LagosLife’s secure gaming SDK. No redundant sign-up or independent passwords are required within the embedded environment.

5. Data Security & Storage

Our application infrastructure is powered by Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1 distributed edge database with encryption-in-transit (TLS 1.3) and encryption-at-rest. Temporary multiplayer room states expire and are automatically purged from database memory within 6 hours.
